Z:\LOGS23_24 Unavailable Error Fix

In the case of the “Z:\LOGS23_24 Is Unavailable” Error please follow the following steps to re-map the logs to the network.

• Right Click on Network
• Then, Map Network Drive
• Point this to: \\shock-playsvr\New Logs via the Browse Button

Uploading To Mixcloud - 1 Hour Shows (Exec Use Only)

• On the Exec PC locate the folder named “23_24” in the file explorer taskbar.
• Find the show you need to upload. Files are named “YEAR, MONTH, DAY - TIME (24hrs)”.
• In this example, I will upload Anna Stelfox’s Show which was on the 4th of August 2023 at 11am. I therefore need to find the file “20231004-1100”
• Listen to the start of the audio and make sure it is the correct show!

• Head to Mixcloud on the Exec Computer
• Next head to Create and then Upload OR click the Upload button on the Dashboard window.
